For our gourmet menus based on Swiss cuisine, the chefs Antonino Messina, Lukas Pfaff and Asia chef Tony Leung mainly use ingredients from the 70 km radius around Tschiertschen to surprise with extraordinary taste sensations. Wherever possible, we source the food from our immediate neighborhood. We buy the meat from farmers from Tschiertschen and Praden, our cheese products from Alp Farur. The high quality of animal husbandry and the traditional production of many farm products are reflected in the taste. Asian dishes from our Asia chef Tony Leung complete our award winning cuisine offer.
